1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date — no questions asked.
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email us at support@birthdayinvites.app with your account email address and approximate date of purchase. We will process your refund promptly.
2. Automatic Credit Refunds
If our system fails to generate some of your personalized invitations (partial failure), unused credits are automatically refunded to your account. You do not need to contact us for these refunds — they happen automatically during the generation process.
For example:
- You purchase a pack of 25 invitations and provide 25 guest names
- If 3 invitations fail to generate, you automatically receive 3 credits back
- You can use these credits to retry the failed invitations or for future invitations
3. Additional Refund Eligibility
Beyond the 14-day guarantee period, you may also be eligible for a full refund if:
- Complete generation failure: The Service was unable to generate any of your invitations due to a technical issue on our end
- Duplicate purchase: You were accidentally charged twice for the same pack
- Service unavailability: You purchased credits but were unable to use the Service due to extended downtime
4. After the Guarantee Period
After the 14-day money-back guarantee period, refunds are generally not available when:
- Invitations were successfully generated and downloaded
- You are dissatisfied with the AI-generated design style (you can request design changes through the chat before generating)
- Guest names were spelled incorrectly in your provided guest list
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@birthdayinvites.app with:
- Your account email address
- A description of the issue
- The approximate date of purchase
We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Refund Processing
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days.
