When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. Guest users are assigned a temporary email address automatically.
Invitation Content
To generate invitations, we collect the information you provide during the design process:
- Party theme descriptions and design preferences (chat messages)
- Guest names for personalization
- Images you upload as design references
Generated Content
AI-generated invitation designs and personalized invitations are stored to enable download and future access.
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, Inc.. We do not collect or store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment details. Lemon Squeezy may collect this information directly under their own privacy policy.
Usage Data
We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited to maintain and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Generating invitations: Your theme descriptions, guest names, and uploaded images are processed to create personalized invitations.
- Providing the Service: Account information is used for authentication and to associate your designs with your account.
- Improving the Service: Aggregated usage data helps us understand how the Service is used and identify areas for improvement.
- Communication: We may use your email address to send transactional messages (e.g., password resets) or important service announcements.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Google (Gemini): AI image generation for invitation designs. Your theme descriptions are sent to Google's API to generate designs.
- Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
- Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure. Your data is processed on Vercel's servers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and invitation data for as long as your account is active. Guest account data may be deleted after a period of inactivity. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
